The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is based in Los Angeles, reports to the Director, Global TA, and is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Connexity’s U.S. hiring needs. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring managers across departments to support the company’s TA strategy, ensure timely, high-quality hiring that aligns with business goals. The Senior TA Specialist leads sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer processes, while also contributing to the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.

This position plays a key role in helping Connexity, and all our affiliated companies (Skimlinks, ShopYourLikes, Taboola) attract and retain top talent across both technical and non-technical functions, with a focus on building strong pipelines, improving process efficiency, and maintaining data accuracy in our ATS (Workable).

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director, Global TA to recommend hiring strategies for Connexity, inclusive of advising on market conditions, compensation benchmarking and customized recruiting plans for departments or roles (as needed)
  • Stay current with trends in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to tools, workflows, outreach methods and help drive adoption across hiring managers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their teams, define role requirements and skill needs, build job descriptions, support feedback calibration and closing candidates.
  • Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Set and monitor hiring goals (e.g., quarterly hiring targets, time-to-fill) in coordination with the Director, TA.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and identify/track/report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Drive creativity in sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals, etc.), with an emphasis on proactive pipeline building.
  • Leverage AI tools, emerging technologies and creative sourcing methods to identify, engage and build pipelines with high-quality candidates, while continually exploring new approaches to improve recruiting efficiency and reach.
  • Conduct structured interviews and coordinate interview stages with hiring teams, ensuring consistent and fair evaluation of all candidates.
  • Maintain a positive candidate and hiring manager experience by ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with the broader HR team on cross-functional initiatives that support a fair and inclusive candidate and employee experience.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in an in-house environment within the tech or digital media industry. Bonus: experience hiring for roles supporting the creator/influencer economy.
  • Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions, including technical (e.g., engineering, data) and business (e.g., marketing, sales, operations).
  • Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media.
  • Experience working with an ATS (Workable preferred) and maintaining data accuracy and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and candidates concurrently.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with familiarity across formats such as structured, performance-based, and panel interviews.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and best practices in the U.S. hiring landscape.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as Equity, Competitive 401(k) Match, Rich Benefits, Hybrid schedule, and more!

OTE Pay Range

  • $135,000 - $150,000 USD
  • This position is hybrid, with 2 in-office days per week in our Santa Monica office.
