What You’ll Do

Build collaborative relationships with families, youth, schools, and other key professionals
Support families with youth engaging in problematic or high-risk behaviors
Use clinical skills to help families overcome complex life challenges
Deliver services within the structured Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model
Benefit from strong support, training, and supervision provided through MST
Apply a variety of therapeutic approaches and counseling techniques as clinically appropriate
Work as part of a coordinated system of care focused on lasting, real-world change

What You Bring

Master’s degree in counseling psychology, social work, or related field
Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (PLMHP) eligible
Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Commitment to ethical, client-centered care

QualificationsRequirements
