What You’ll Do

Greet clients and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups.
Inspect garments and enter details in our point-of-sale system.
Deliver top-quality service and support community initiatives like Coats for Kids.
Maintain a positive, organized, and service-focused environment.

QualificationsQualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.

• Community-oriented and dependable.

• Attention to detail and a neat appearance.

• Available for afternoon/early evening shifts and alternating weekends.

• Willingness to learn and support others.

• Retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and garment handling.

• Occasional sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and stooping.

Attire:

• Company shirts provided; additional shirts at reduced cost.

• Navy, khaki, or black slacks or fingertip-length shorts/skirts.
