Receptionist / Operator

DescriptionHansel Toyota is looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to work in our Petaluma facility! The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience.

Location: Fully onsite at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner
Welcoming, directing, and assisting visitors both in person and over the phone
Notifying dealership personnel of visitor arrivals
Maintaining showroom traffic logs and telecommunications systems
Supporting team operations by completing related administrative tasks as assigned
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized reception and showroom area

Qualifications:

Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly preferred.
Multiple-line telephone experience is preferred
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Pay Defined: The Receptionist position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation between $18.31-$20.00.
