About The Role
Aureol Global Connections is looking for two skilled Precision CNC Programmers to join our innovative manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC machinery to produce high-precision components that meet strict quality and performance standards. You will utilize your technical expertise to read and interpret blueprints and specifications, ensuring that every part produced is executed with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs based on technical specifications and engineering drawings.
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, tools used, and inspection results.
- Adhere to all safety standards and practices while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay current with advancements in CNC technology and programming techniques.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision machining environment.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code) and CAD/CAM software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficiency in operating various CNC machinery, including mills and lathes.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and ISO standards is a plus.
