GE Power is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our Singapore team and support the transformation of rotor repair capabilities for High Efficiency Air-cooled (HA) gas turbines. This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that drive operational excellence across the regional market. Job Description Essential Responsibilities : Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to): - Co-lead process and quality improvement projects that enhance operational performance - Support product qualification packages and process documentation - Apply Lean Six Sigma tools to deliver measurable business impact - Collect and analyze data to solve real-world engineering problems - Gain exposure to cutting-edge power generation workshop machinery and technologies - Support the cell in executing transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and overall operational excellence Qualifications/Requirements : - Currently pursuing a Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, Material and/or Industrial Engineering - Competent with MS Office applications - Being inclusive and having the imagination and courage to make changes - Possess good communication skills Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
