Avis Greece is seeking a dedicated Car Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing the acquisition of vehicles. This position involves managing vehicle orders, monitoring deliveries, maintaining accurate data, and coordinating with internal stakeholders .

🎯 Your Mission

Coordinate vehicle orders with importers, manufacturers and suppliers.
Monitor delivery schedules and timelines to ensure fleet availability targets are met.
Follow up with suppliers to expedite deliveries and resolve delay issues.
Maintain accurate data within company systems.
Coordinate vehicle registration procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Review and verify supplier invoices against approved vehicle orders and pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business requirements.
Participate in supplier communication and performance monitoring.

🌟 What Spells Success: Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
A master’s degree will be considered as an asset.
2 years of working experience in similar position
Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written)
Excellent command of MS-Office applications
Strong communication skills and organizational skills with attention to detail
