Social Worker BSW - Community Health

Family Caregiver Support Program: Under general supervision of the Supervisor, Clinical, this position supports the functions of the clinical social work staff, by being the primary screener on all inquiries, completing client registrations, assisting with outreach activities, and supporting the management or classes and community events. The position also coordinates community outreach, educating other professionals and the community at large as to the service offered by the grant programs.
