About The Role

As the Grounds Keeper, you are responsible for the overall upkeep of the landscape and exterior image of the property. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Responsible for general maintenance of all the Grounds by mowing, trimming, weeding keeping the ground clean and free of all debris, and snow removal. Plans, organizes, and completes work timely. Takes initiatives, shows ownership, and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs. Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors.

Follow outline of preventative maintenance as scheduled. Operate all types of hand tools, power tools. Physical requirements: Sitting 3% Standing & Walking 70% Lifting 10% (50lbs. overhead, arm’s length, up to 20lbs.) Bending & Stretching 20% Pulling & Pushing 20% Climbing & Reaching 20% ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies. Must maintain a valid driver’s license. Must maintain all required certifications. Complete all required company training. Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment. Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
