About The Role
π¬ The Role
This is a high-impact, individual contributor commercial role based full-time in Dubai, managing a strategic, quota-carrying territory across the United Arab Emirates. As the Senior Account Executive, you will drive full-cycle B2B enterprise sales targeting top-tier commercial banks, investment firms, law firms, and private equity entities.
Your primary mission is to expand the company's national footprint across the UAE by executing disciplined daily prospecting, qualifying high-value opportunities, challenging status-quo deal processes, and closing complex software agreements.
π€ The Responsibilities
- Drive Quota & Revenue Execution: Consistently achieve monthly and annual performance targets for new business revenue, client meetings, platform demonstrations, and territory expansion.
- Own Enterprise Pipeline Generation: Build and execute targeted prospecting campaigns, maintain a disciplined outreach cadence, and leverage professional networks like LinkedIn to generate continuous pipeline.
- Nurture C-Suite & Investment Alliances: Establish deep, consultative relationships with key decision-makers across banks, legal entities, and investment institutions by aligning platform capabilities with key operational challenges.
- Lead Consultative Negotiations: Direct end-to-end sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional deal teams, and collaborate with internal executive stakeholders to structure and finalize enterprise agreements.
- Forecast & Pipeline Governance: Maintain strict CRM hygiene in Salesforce.com, delivering clear visibility into short- and long-term opportunity pipelines for regional leadership.
π The Skills & Competencies
- Enterprise Tech & Financial Sales Track Record: Proven success managing complex B2B software sales cycles targeting financial institutions, legal entities, or investment environments.
- Financial Ecosystem Literacy: Solid practical knowledge of banking, investment workflows, or capital markets processes.
- High-Stakes Presentation Capabilities: Superior verbal, written, and consultative presentation skills with demonstrated experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Full professional fluency in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
- Academic Background: Bachelorβs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or equivalent professional experience.
