Psychological Safety & Human Factors Consultant

LML Consultancy Services AB is seeking an experienced Psychological Safety & Human Factors Consultant to support the development and delivery of our Behaviour Based Safety, Human Factors and organisational development services.

The role will support work within construction, energy and industrial environments, with a focus on improving safety performance through human behaviour, psychological safety, leadership and organisational factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of Behaviour Based Safety programmes.
• Apply Human Factors and behavioural science principles to organisational and workplace performance.
• Support psychological safety, safety culture and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Support leadership and supervisor development.
• Develop and deliver training, workshops and behavioural improvement activities.
• Support incident learning and organisational improvement.
• Develop practical organisational and behavioural solutions that improve safety performance.

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in psychology, behavioural science, organisational psychology or a related field.
• Professional experience in human behaviour, organisational development, leadership, psychological safety or Human Factors.
• Strong communication, training and facilitation skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
