Job Description
Mediavest t/a Core is seeking a Client Manager to join its team in Dublin 2. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating media campaigns across multiple client accounts and supporting day-to-day client service delivery.
The role involves working with internal teams to develop, implement, and monitor media plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage media campaigns from planning through to execution and completion
- Coordinate the development of media plans in collaboration with internal teams
- Act as a point of contact for client queries and day-to-day account management
- Monitor campaign performance and provide updates and reports
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights and recommend actions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign delivery
- Manage campaign amendments and ensure updates are communicated effectively
- Assist in preparing campaign reports and client presentations
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered in line with agreed processes and quality standards
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a media, marketing, or advertising-related role
- Experience supporting or managing media campaigns
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable (not essential)
- Experience with digital media or marketing tools
- Experience with campaign tracking and reporting tools

- This is a full-time, permanent position based in Dublin 2
- Standard working hours are 39 hours per week
- Annual salary is €36,605.00 per annum
