About The Role
Des del Grupo Althena precisamos la incorporación de un Comercial de venta y alquiler. Tus funciones serán:
- Captación de propiedades residenciales
- Gestión y ampliación de la cartera de clientes
- Asesoramiento personalizado a compradores y vendedores, acompañándolos en todo el proceso de negociación
-Organización y realización de visitas comerciales a propiedades
-Seguimiento y cierre de operaciones, garantizando un servicio excelente y orientando a resultados
