Your Role

You'll support Italian-speaking Mercedes-Benz customers with questions about their vehicles, features and connected services.

No technical background required — you'll be trained from the ground up.

Work Remotely From Greece

Once you've relocated and completed your training, you can work 100% remotely from anywhere in Greece .

Your relocation starts in Athens or Thessaloniki , where you'll receive support getting settled. Once you're established, you can choose where you'd like to live — from a lively city to a smaller town or somewhere closer to the coast.

And you'll receive all the equipment you need to work from home .

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Fluent Italian and English , both written and spoken
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
