This is a role where customer service meets jewellery, style and gifting . You'll help customers with everything from finding information about products and current collections to orders, deliveries and returns, while gaining international work experience and building a new life in Greece.

What will you be doing?

As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor , you'll be the point of contact for Danish customers of an internationally recognised jewellery and lifestyle brand.

You'll communicate with customers through phone, email and chat , helping them with questions and making sure they receive friendly, efficient and professional support.

Your responsibilities will include

Helping Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
Answering questions about jewellery, products, pricing and current offers
Providing information about orders, deliveries and tracking
Assisting with order changes, cancellations and returns
Supporting customers with account and payment-related questions
Staying informed about new products, collections and promotions
Finding practical solutions when something hasn't gone quite as planned
Creating a positive customer experience while representing an international lifestyle brand
Working together with an international team and sharing ideas and solutions

You'll receive training before getting started, so you don't need to arrive knowing every product or process by heart.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who speaks Danish fluently and is comfortable communicating in English.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but your communication skills, attitude and ability to connect with customers are just as important.
