Project Administrative Coordinator (internally called Project Support Coordinator) Full-Time | In-Person Position Jupiter, FL$18 - $25 per HourJoin Our Growing Team Entrusted is hiring a Project Administrative Coordinator to manage the administrative and logistical side of insurance claim files. You'll prepare and submit documentation, communicate with adjusters, and keep files moving so our Project Support Managers can focus on higher-level negotiations. This role plays a critical part in keeping jobs on track for our team members and our clients.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send completed invoices and estimates to adjustersInitiate contact with adjusters on invoice files, including handling hold times and routing calls appropriatelyConduct limited invoice negotiations, escalating higher-level negotiations and estimate files as neededMaintain accurate file documentation, job notes, and updates in Hubspot and other company systemsCommunicate with internal team members to resolve file discrepancies or gather missing informationMonitor assigned files to ensure timely updates and movement, escalating stalled files when neededEnsure all documentation complies with company and carrier standardsParticipate in scheduled team meetings and company-wide meetingsOther duties may be assignedQualificationsStrong work ethic and integrityTeachable attitude Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsClear, professional verbal and written communicationComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentTyping speed of at least 50 words per minuteGeneral administrative or customer service experience preferred, not requiredWhat We Offer$18 - $25 per hour, based on qualifications401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, paid holidays, and paid parental leaveCompany-paid access to Dave Ramsey's SmartDollarGym reimbursementOur Culture We started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
