AccountantAbout the role:As an Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting and month-end close activities, as well as tax, compliance, corporate reporting, and statutory reporting. You will work closely with finance colleagues, corporate functions, internal and external auditors.Key Responsibilities:Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.Prepare and support corporate and statutory financial <reporting.Work> closely with local finance teams, Global Business Services, and other stakeholders.Ensure compliance with corporate and local policies, statutory requirements, and applicable accounting <standards.Support> internal and external audits, including the preparation of documentation and resolution of accounting-related queries.Identify and implement opportunities to improve, standardize, and simplify accounting processes.Create, update, and maintain desktop procedures and other process <documentation.Support> the implementation of the new SAP system, including testing, training, and documentation.Contribute to functional projects and take on additional accounting responsibilities as needed.Requirements:At least three years of accounting experience.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business economics, or a related field.Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organize work effectively and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with SAP; knowledge of SAP S/4HANA would be an advantage.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and relationship-focused approach.Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
