JJYS Food Service Worker II - Central Utah Youth Center

Cooks, bakes, or serves regular and/or special meals to clients and/or staff. Ensures that food is maintained at appropriate temperatures. Prepares salads and garnishes and assists in basic food preparation or ordering. Distributes food using appropriate food handling and sanitation techniques Practices of food safety and public health protection Coordinates an inventory management system to effectively control and distribute supplies and equipment. Tracks receipts Destroys or disposes of outdated, sensitive documents, blank warrants, expired food stamps, etc., in a manner appropriate for the sensitivity.
