WCPL is hiring an Adult Services Manager for its Southeast Regional Library. In this role you will work as part of a management team at the library, and more specifically, supervise a team of dedicated Librarians and Library Assistants who work in the Adult Services department. You will also collaborate with your peers and Librarians across the system to create and promote quality adult services and programs. Key Responsibilities Include: Supervise a team of Librarians and Library Assistants in providing excellent library service, dynamic programs and professional one-on-one assistance to adults Work as part of the library's management team to oversee operations and act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Library Manager Work with peers and Librarians across the system on programs and other system initiatives Southeast Regional Library 908 7th Avenue Garner, NC 27529
