Group Company: Suzlon Energy Limited Designation: Incharge - NCU Plant Production Office Location: Position description: Description Primary Responsibilities: Lead and manage day‑to‑day production operations at the NCU plant to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets. Plan and monitor production schedules in line with dispatch requirements and resource availability. Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety norms, and quality standards during production. Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and planning teams for smooth and uninterrupted operations. Monitor production KPIs, efficiency, downtime, and scrap; drive corrective actions and productivity improvement. Support implementation of continuous improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing excellence initiatives. Ensure adequate manpower planning, skill availability, and discipline on the shop floor. Additional Responsibilities: Prior experience in NCU or heavy manufacturing production environment preferred. Role requires strong shop‑floor leadership and hands‑on execution. Candidate should demonstrate ownership, result orientation, and ability to manage operational challenges.
