Deli Manager - Full-Time SPAR Firies, Killarney, Co. Kerry , is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-Time Deli Manager to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated person who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Pay : From €16.00 per hour Oversee the day-to-day operation of the deli department, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times Lead, motivate, and support the deli team to deliver excellent customer service Ensure the department operates efficiently and achieves sales and profitability targets Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance Monitor food quality, presentation, and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction Manage stock control, ordering, and waste levels effectively Train, coach, and develop team members to support their performance and growth Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of the deli department

Previous deli, food retail, or supervisory experience is desirable Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to motivate and support a team to achieve high standards Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends Reliable, proactive, and able to work on own initiative
