JD & Summary We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID to support and enhance enterprise authentication and identity services. The role involves IAM operations, incident and change management, security compliance, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable identity services. Job Position Title: Senior Associate_Identity & Access Management (IAM)_Digital Integration_Advisory_Kolkata Responsibilities • Manage and support IAM services using Microsoft Entra ID and Entra ID Connect • Ensure service availability, security, stability, and operational excellence • Handle incident, problem, and change management activities for IAM platforms • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues • Drive automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies • Monitor IAM services, alerts, vulnerabilities, and security compliance requirements • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, audits, and governance activities • Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and engineering teams • Maintain IAM documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge repositories Mandatory Skill Sets • 4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID • Experience with Entra ID Connect / Azure AD Connect administration and support • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, Federation, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Provisioning • Knowledge of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, and WS-Federation • Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes • Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience supporting enterprise-scale IAM environments Preferred Skill Sets • Microsoft Entra certifications such as SC-300 and SC-900 • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of SIEM tools such as Splunk or Datadog • Experience with Power Platform and automation solutions • Exposure to Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) and identity governance solutions • Experience in identity monitoring, auditing, and compliance reporting Years of Experience Required 4+ Years Education Qualification B.E./B.Tech.
