Manager-Value Realization (Bangalore, India - On-site)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Do all the value calculations and populate the value — accuracy is critical.
• Pull together and build the business-case analysis and recommend the value to the Value Realisation Lead.
• Ensure value realisation across strategic, tactical and digital initiatives.
• Identify, model, track and report benefits across the project lifecycle.
• Drive value capture across P&L impact, cost avoidance, productivity and strategic outcomes.
• Map, monitor and validate value streams against business-case commitments.
• Support company-wide initiatives, KPI redesigns and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with business owners at inception to define expected benefits.
• Build standardised value models and articulate clear business cases.
• Segment benefits into P&L impact, cost avoidance, productivity gains and strategic value.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports to track progress and benefits realisation.
• Monitor KPIs, milestones and actual vs forecast outcomes.
• Ensure value streams are tagged, mapped and validated within programme frameworks.
• Refine value-realisation frameworks based on project learnings.
• Support chargeback / showback models for benefit transparency.
• Contribute to cost, goal-setting and KPI redesign exercises.
• Support initiative prioritisation and link business cases to transformation strategy.
• Provide value-realisation insights to executive teams.
• Integrate value reviews into the PMO and delivery lifecycle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• 5–8 years in value realisation, benefits management, finance or transformation.
• Relevant Degree (preferably Finance or equivalent).
• Strategy & consulting background ideally.
• Experience across enterprise projects and the value lifecycle.
• Value and benefit modelling; business-case analysis.
• Excellent number-crunching, mathematics and analytics skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive storytelling.
• Financial and analytical skills; dashboarding and automated reporting
• Strong AI skills; stakeholder collaboration across business, transformation and IT.
• Practical GenAI skills — day-to-day use of large-language-model assistants (e.g. ChatGPT / Copilot-class tools) to accelerate analysis, drafting and problem-solving.
