About The Role

Responsibilities Work closely with brand to develop business strategies to maintain and raise customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff Maintain outstanding store condition, visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, well-organized store. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with the brand's policies and procedures Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and engagement Prepare and analyze sales reports and conduct personnel assessment regularly. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers in professional manner. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required skill(s): English, Ms. Office, negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, Leadership And Managing. At least 4 year(s) of working experience as an Assistant Store Manager/Supervisor in retail industry, especially in fashion/footwear/active lifestyle/beauty. Have an understanding about KPI's Metrics. Having experience dealing with mass product. Detail and target oriented.
