In Business Operation - Return Management, you’ll help ensure that returned products are managed efficiently and that valuable assets are recovered instead of going to waste. Your precision, ownership, and problem-solving skills will help turn operational challenges into opportunities to maximize recovery value. As a Business Operations – Return Management at FAS, you’ll manage day-to-day return and asset recovery operations while exploring innovative ways to liquidate and recover returned products. You’ll work across teams to understand complex operational issues, identify new recovery channels, and support the development of a dedicated store or marketplace for recovered products — bridging operational execution with new business opportunities. What We’ll Work on Together Manage day-to-day return and asset recovery operations across GDN and FAS, ensuring returned products are processed and recovered efficiently. Identify recovery and liquidation opportunities to maximize asset value and minimize financial loss. Support the development and operation of a dedicated store/marketplace for recovered products, including SKU creation and product preparation. Explore new sales channels, business models, and innovative solutions to improve asset recovery. Analyze operational issues and return patterns to identify root causes and improvement opportunities across the end-to-end process. Collaborate with Return Management, Warehouse, FAS, Commercial, Product, Technology, and Finance teams. Maintain operational processes and performance metrics while supporting recovery-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, logistics, asset recovery, or business operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome. Experience or exposure to asset recovery, liquidation, reverse logistics, inventory, or returned products is a plus. E-commerce or marketplace experience, especially understanding end-to-end operational processes, is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex processes and identify root causes. Open, collaborative, and personable, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling both daily operations and new projects.
