Know more about us: <https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs> Brief about the Team We are looking for a highly driven professional to join Tata 1mg's Diagnostic Supply Chain team and help expand our radiology network across India. What we are looking for : ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field ✔️ MBA preferred ✔️ 3–7 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, diagnostic network expansion, provider onboarding, or business development ✔️ Experience with radiology centers, diagnostic chains, hospitals, or healthcare marketplaces is preferred ✔️ Strong commercial negotiation and vendor management skills ✔️ Experience in contract discussions and agreement execution ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills ✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across India ✔️ Knowledge of diagnostic services such as MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, PET-CT, Mammography, etc. will be an added advantage What will you do: ✔️ Identify, evaluate, and onboard radiology centers across India ✔️ Drive end-to-end partner onboarding, including commercial negotiations, due diligence, documentation, and agreements ✔️ Negotiate pricing, discounts, and commercial terms ✔️ Expand the Assured Labs network across priority locations ✔️ Evaluate partners based on infrastructure, technology, accreditation, equipment quality, TAT, and customer experience ✔️ Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Product, and Tech teams for partner activation ✔️ Monitor partner performance, SLA adherence, TAT, cancellations, and customer experience ✔️ Track competitor pricing and market trends Why Join Us?
