Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,778–$2,868 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12 Night shifts - Start date: 09/08/2026 - Setting: hospital-type travel assignment Responsibilities - Deliver direct resident care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation. - Implement care plans and administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies. - Monitor resident status, identify changes, and report to the care team promptly. - Document care accurately in electronic medical records and communicate changes across disciplines. - Collaborate with physicians, licensed professionals, and support staff to achieve optimal resident outcomes. - Provide age-appropriate, culturally sensitive care and participate in quality improvement activities to support patient safety and outcomes.
