Southern Health Partners is looking for a Part Time RN to provide required on-site nursing coverage at the Greenwood County Detention Center.

In this role, you will serve as the required RN on site and will be responsible for completing History & Physical (H&P) assessments for patients entering the facility. This is a great opportunity for an RN who enjoys focused clinical work and wants to make a meaningful impact in correctional healthcare.

What You'll Do

Serve as the required RN on site at the facility
Complete History & Physical (H&P) assessments for new patients
Perform nursing assessments and evaluate patient health needs
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in health status
Communicate patient needs and clinical findings to healthcare providers
Provide appropriate nursing interventions and follow-up care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team and facility staff
Respond to urgent and emergent medical situations as needed

QualificationsWhat We're Looking For

Current and unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
Current CPR certification
Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
Comfortable completing comprehensive patient assessments and H&Ps
Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
