Front Desk Associate

DescriptionWe aim to craft an environment that engages and supports your growth! We are looking for a Front Desk Associate who is enthusiastic and enjoys building relationships with our patients. In your role your primary focus will be to provide and facilitate an exceptional patient experience!

Skills

• Greet and check-in patients for appointments, verify patient information, manage incoming patient inquiries.
• Confirm, and schedule appointments to ensure patient flow.
• Verify patient insurances, ensure outstanding balances and copays are collected.
• Enter and present financial options for patient treatment plans.
• Update patient records
• Process X-rays and doctor referrals to patient chart

Strong Interpersonal Skills

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service focused, Organizational skills, Time Management
• Dental office experience
