Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain customer relationships while identifying lending and business development opportunities.
Evaluate loan requests, analyze credit information, and make lending recommendations within established authority.
Manage an assigned loan portfolio to ensure strong credit quality and exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with lending support teams to process loan documentation and maintain compliance with bank policies and regulations.
Promote bank products and services through referrals, community engagement, and relationship-building activities.

QualificationsQualifications and Experience

Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Agricultural Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of two years of lending experience required.
Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements, and tax returns.
Knowledge of lending practices, banking regulations, and financial records.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, decision-making, and customer service skills.
