General Accountant

DescriptionPosition Summary

Ethnix Group is looking for a General Accountant responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company and accounting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
• Assist with budgets and financial forecasts.
• Process payroll and support applicable tax compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and financial trends.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial information.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field – Required.
• 1+ year of relevant accounting experience – Required.
• Experience using SAP – Required.
• Experience with Excel and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with WMS or bank payment platforms is a plus.
