Harvest Cooler

Job Summary The Cooler Sortation Employee is responsible for sorting, identifying, organizing, and tracking beef products within the cooler environment to ensure proper product flow, quality, food safety, and inventory accuracy. This position works closely with production to move products to the appropriate processing storage, while maintaining compliance with company, USDA, and food safety standards. Employees must work safely in a refrigerated environment, follow all sanitation and PPE requirements, and support efficient production operations.
