You will be responsible from financial planning & analysis, accounting as well as finance internal controls enhancement in the operating expense area of the business. You will provide key support in business partnering, managing and improving finance processes and controls for operating expense area in the country. Main Responsibilities Monitor operating expense entries daily to catch and fix misallocated costs. Review POs to ensure the spending is in line with the budget. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on operating expenses, to identify areas for cost efficiency and productivity improvements. Perform a run-rate analysis on current weekly spend trends against month-to-date targets. Managing the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for operating expenses. Support on financial and accounting analysis to provide timely and accurate financial information to local management team to support strategic decision-making process, as well risk control. Constant interaction with many different stakeholders from all functions, including Commercial, Marketing, HRGA and Operations. Main requirements Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance is required; postgraduate degree is welcome. Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, preferably from Public Accounting firm. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia Strong accounting background. Strong Microsoft Excel technical background.
