National Systems Administrator (F&B)

On a typical day, a Systems Administrator monitors the GAAP company databases to maintain data integrity. The Systems Administrator respond to calls or emails from company employees regarding corrupted, lost data or other technical defects and troubleshoot problems accordingly. The Systems Administrators also perform routine updates to enhance a database’s efficiency. The Data Administrator also maintains the company’s national pricing levels on the GAAP database and routinely update prices in cooperation with Food & Beverage Management. Throughout the day, the Systems Administrator coordinate with the IT department and GAAP technical department to find ways to enhance company databases and servers. They also send out memos to company employees addressing current technical issues or providing instructions on using GAAP Point Of Sale systems effectively.
