As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will support the execution of Hilton's learning and talent development strategy across managed properties in Brazil. Working closely with hotel leaders, Shared Services teams, HR partners, and Corporate Learning teams, you will help create outstanding learning experiences that enable Team Members and leaders to grow, perform, and thrive. Reporting to the Cluster Director, HR Brazil, you will coordinate key learning initiatives, manage training administration, support leadership development programs, monitor training compliance, and ensure the successful execution of learning priorities aligned with Hilton's business objectives and culture.
