Data Visualisation Specialist ( M/F/H )

About The Role
We are looking for a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.
The role acts as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Understand and identify reporting and visualization needs together with stakeholders
- Gather business requirements and translate them into prototypes and fully developed dashboards
- Collect, assemble, and prepare data for visualization purposes
- Develop, maintain, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards and reports across their full lifecycle
- Ensure reporting solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards
- Drive automation and optimization of reporting processes
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions
- Promote consistency, reusability, and alignment with data strategy initiatives
- Implement and advocate reporting and visualization best practices
- Coach junior Data Visualization Specialists
- Document solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization
- Strong experience with dashboard design and data storytelling
- Ability to prepare and structure data for reporting and visualization purposes
- Good understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and data preparation processes
- Knowledge of data governance and security principles
- Understanding of data strategy concepts
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Prior experience in Banking and/or Financial Services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Tableau
- SAP Business Objects
- SAS Enterprise Guide
- MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment

- Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or equivalent experience in Analytics/Data
- Certifications in SAS EG, SAP, Tableau, or related technologies are considered a plus
- Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking
