We're looking for bright, motivated interns to join our Human Resources department. As part of the Human Capital team at PwC Belgium, you'll work alongside a diverse group of HR professionals — each with unique talents and expertise — and take on real responsibilities across one or more Business Units.

  • Be part of theHR Operations team, delivering top-quality services inpayroll, reward, and fleet— and helping ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Support the team in keeping ourintranet up to datewith the latest reward, payroll, and fleet content.
  • Become acontent contributorto our process description initiative, helping fully map and document all payroll, fleet, and reward processes.
  • Assist withpayroll administrationand the preparation of the monthly payroll.
  • Support the payroll team inhandling employee requestswith care and accuracy.
  • Provide support for ourflexible income plan.
  • Help shape and deliver ourmobility offerings.
  • Assist thefleet teamin handling employee requests and administration.
  • You won't just be assisting — you'll be learning by doing, gaining a 360° view of how a top-class HR Operations team really works.

  • You're someone who...
  • Is afinal-year Bachelor's or Master's studentin Law, Human Resources, Office Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Wants todive into the world of HRand discover what makes great people operations tick.
  • Is looking for aschool internship of at least 3 months.
  • Speaksfluent Dutch and/or French, plus English.
  • Isenthusiastic, motivated, and a true team playerwith a real passion for people.
  • Hasstrong organizational skillsand a hands-on mentality.
  • Lovescommunicating, connecting, and collaboratingwith others.
  • Iscomfortable with MS Officeand has a natural feel for digital tools.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environmentand adapts easily to change.
