# Clinical Psychologist - Hong Kong

## Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults, as well as strong report writing skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually
Conduct neuro-psychological assessments including ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and

## Requirements

Minimum Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology with a minimum of 500 supervised hours of clinical experience post qualification (excluding academic placements) and ≥3 years of post-qualification clinical practice.
Registered with appropriate local governing body such as HKPS
Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches (e.g. TF-CBT, EMDR, DBT for trauma survivors, and/or Somatic Experiencing) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or other evidence-based approaches (e.g., Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT).
Experience managing moderate to high complexity cases.
Hold valid and active licenses applicable to the country of practice.
Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Prior experience in EAP, therapy/counselling and/or as an in-house wellbeing provider is a plus.
