Function: SupportTenure: 3 months

Key Responsibilities

Manage data allocation, cleansing, de-duplication, and distribution to sales and calling teams using advanced Excel.

Analyze sales data and create insightful reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Utilize Power Query for data transformation, validation, and process optimization.

Prepare and review weekly pipeline, sales performance, and management dashboards.

Collate, screen, and allocate leads from multiple sources while ensuring database accuracy.

Coordinate with marketing teams for lead reconciliation and timely stakeholder updates.

Manage lead inflow, tracking, and allocation through DUNS Tracker while ensuring process compliance.

Support DRS and ERS activation processes through online portals.Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns, including data preparation, dashboard reporting, and Marketo-based email blasts.

Handle ad hoc projects and provide data-driven support to business, sales, and management teams.

Key Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Macros/VBA.Graduate required; postgraduate preferred.
  • Freshers with relevant internship experience in data management, reporting, or analytics are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and willingness to work from the office five days a week, with flexibility during peak business periods.
