That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.OverviewResponsible for managing product integrity DC teams of Hong Kong providing guidance and training asneeded, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Supervisesthe day-to-day activities of all different inspections and projects. Implements and enforces quality control standardsand procedures throughout the garment inspection process.
ResponsibilitiesAnalize garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.Responsible for implementing and monitoring the inspection/measurement team.Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current <skills.Work> with the PI DC team daily to call out any quality/production issues.Prepare reports and presentations.Request PP / TOP samples to compare bulk production garments.Communicate via email the team about any production rejections, viable solutions, and due dates.Manage time to ensure that assigned work is completed accurately and on <schedule.Review> detailed records of quality inspections, including documentation, database, and digital platforms.Interview and hire employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and disciplineemployees; address complaints and resolve problems.Attend and solve any issue in the different DCs that directly concern the Product Integrity <department.Review> quality documentation and analyzing reports, including failed auditing/inspection processes.Monitor quality expertise and training for all inspection positions to maintain a smooth-flowing <operation.Review> garments and make accept/reject decisions.Notify the Senior Manager Product Integrity of any deviation or out-of-tolerance quality standards beforeany corrective action is <taken.Review> garments and make the accept / reject decisionsMaintain detailed records of quality inspection, including documentation, database and digital platforms.Prepare and submit month KPI’s.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in textile, or fashion design.Ability to measure and inspect high-end garments.3-5 years’ experience in textile factories or weaving companies.Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving <skills.Work> ethic with personal integrity.Language of English/Cantonese are preferred.Efficiently manage time and resources to meet production deadlines.Analytical thinking is necessary to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong fit with the members of the management team and the ability to work with all levels ofemployees within the organization.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint)
