You’ll have significant autonomy over the business, leading the team, driving membership growth, building local partnerships, and owning day-to-day studio performance.The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, sales-driven, highly accountable, and excited by the opportunity to help build a young business within the Dallas community.What You’ll OwnDrive studio sales, membership growth, revenue, and profitabilityGenerate new leads through grassroots marketing, local partnerships, events, referrals, and community outreachManage leads, follow-up, conversions, and key sales KPIsLead, coach, and hold the studio team accountableOwn hiring, training, scheduling, and performance managementDeliver an exceptional member experience and drive retentionOversee day-to-day studio operations and maintain a premium environmentPartner closely with ownership on business performance, opportunities, and the P&LBuild strong relationships within the local community and serve as a face of the studioWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of leadership or management experience within boutique fitness3+ years of sales leadership or management experience, ideally within a membership-based businessProven track record of driving membership sales and business growthExperience generating leads through local partnerships, events, grassroots marketing, or community outreachExperience leading, developing, and holding teams accountableStrong understanding of KPIs, revenue goals, conversion, acquisition, and retentionComfortable working with CRM, lead-management, and sales pipeline toolsEntrepreneurial, self-directed, and solution-orientedStrong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and integrityWillingness to be hands-on and highly involved in a growing studioAvailability for peak hours, weekends, and community events as neededAbility to lift 40+ lbsAbility to obtain CPR certification within 30 days of hireCompensation & GrowthCompetitive base salary based on experienceProfit-sharing opportunity tied directly to the studio’s successMeaningful opportunity to operate as a true business partner with visibility into studio performance and economicsLong-term growth potential as the business scales
