Senior Safety Specialist – Autonomous Solutions

• We are looking for a Senior Safety Specialist – Autonomous Solutions for a global company in Stockholm.
• Start is in Sep 2026, 12-months limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
• The role will take a key responsibility for safety governance and safety cases for autonomous solutions, including safety go/no-go decisions before deployment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in functional safety, operational safety, or regulatory compliance

• Strong experience with *safety case methodology and management**
• Knowledge of *ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 (SOTIF)**

• Strong risk assessment and risk management skills
• Fluent English, Swedish is a plus.

• Experience with autonomous systems, automotive safety, operational deployment, or AV risk management is highly valued.
• This is a full-time consultant position in Stockholm through Incluso. Start is in in Sep 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with.
