Mechanical Powertrain design engineer M/W/X

You will support on following development topics (nonexhaustive)

1. Design driveshaft for BEV based on provided specification and boundary conditions
2. Make vehicle parts list according to defined rules
3. Make and release RDDP's for development of drivetrain components
4. Check and release technical drawings of drivetrain component
5. Collaboration with suppliers in order to ensure on time and good quality parts.
6. Components modifications according to defined rules, including ECl's, RDDP's drawing
7. Drivetrain manual making, and submission for validation by designated engineer
8. Project follow up including technical notices, homologation, Total quality check You have a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering or mechatronics. Experience in automotive mass-production development projects either at OEM or TIER 1 suppliers would be an asset Knowledge on Functional Safety and Cyber security development frameworks. Strong analytical skills, perseverance, autonomy as well as the ability to work as part of a team. A tireless problem solver, with intellectual curiosity and the drive to investigate technical facts indepth. Required computer skills: MS Office, any other software knowledge is a strong asset (Catia, Creo,... ). Ability to communicate in a clear way at all levels and to visually summarise progress.
