Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will support import and export operations by coordinating shipping activities, preparing logistics documentation, following up with customs brokers and freight forwarders, and ensuring compliance with Egyptian customs regulations and international trade requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipping documentation.
• Process ACID applications through the NAFEZA platform.
• Arrange export bookings with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Prepare export documentation in compliance with customs and trade regulations.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with customs brokers.
• Verify packing lists against physical shipments before export.
• Prepare commercial invoices and other required shipping documents.
• Track shipment progress and follow up on delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
• Support the logistics team in resolving shipment issues and transit delays.
• Upload and manage shipment documents on CargoX and other digital trade platforms when required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.

Skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of NAFEZA, ACID procedures, or Egyptian customs regulations is an advantage.
