Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Location: Mountrath Enterprise Park, Portlaoise Road, Co. Laois
Salary: €37,550 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Full-time

Role Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out welding, fabrication, assembly, repair and installation duties connected with critical infrastructure projects. Duties will include interpreting technical drawings, measuring and cutting materials, welding and fabricating steel components, using workshop tools and equipment safely, and ensuring all work is completed to the required quality, safety and project standards.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have relevant experience in welding and fabrication, with the ability to work from drawings and specifications. Experience in MIG, TIG and/or arc welding, steel fabrication, site installation and working to health and safety standards would be an advantage. Candidates must be reliable, quality-focused and capable of working as part of a team on essential infrastructure projects.
