Funciones del puesto

-Planificación y supervisión del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones del hotel.
-Gestión, coordinación y liderazgo del equipo técnico.
-Supervisión y ejecución de reparaciones en electricidad, fontanería y climatización.
-Control, análisis y seguimiento de incidencias y del plan de mantenimiento.
-Coordinación con otros departamentos y gestión de proveedores y servicios externos.
