Position Summary: The Friendship-Family Coordinator serves as a vital cultural liaison for the Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) program. This role is responsible for recruiting, matching, and supporting local families who volunteer to host international educators for cultural exchange experiences. The coordinator ensures meaningful engagement by planning social activities, providing orientation and guidance to families, and maintaining ongoing communication between families and program staff. This position fosters cross-cultural understanding and plays a key role in building a welcoming community for visiting scholars. This is a part-time, 6-week position that will run from September 9 through October 29. Minimum Qualifications: Intercultural experience and work with the TEA program. Deep Knowledge of the local community.
