Software Developer

Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement robust and scalable ML pipelines on Azure (using Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, etc.) • Automate model training, validation, deployment and retraining workflows. • Manage and monitor models in production (versioning, drift detection, retraining triggers). • Implement CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML workloads. • Exposure on Integrating LLMs into applications with frameworks like LangChain. • Implementation of Orchestration framework for building and managing agentic System. • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of models with applications and APIs. • Handle data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Lake, Databricks, or Synapse. • Apply best practices in security, performance, and cost optimization in Azure cloud environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and model performance issues. Required Skills: • 5 years of experience in ML Ops, DevOps, or Data Engineering roles. • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including: o Azure Machine Learning o Azure DevOps (CI/CD) o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) o Azure Data Lake / Blob Storage o Azure Functions / Logic Apps • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). • Experience with ML model monitoring and logging tools. • Knowledge of ML model versioning and experiment tracking (e.g., MLflow, DVC). • Strong understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies. • Familiarity with Terraform or Bicep for Azure infrastructure provisioning. • Exposure to Responsible AI and governance frameworks on Azure. • Experience working in regulated industries (healthcare, Pharma & Life Sciences) is a plus. Preferred / Nice to Have: • Exposure to LLM-based applications, LangChain, or agentic RAG pipelines. • Experience deploying FastAPI model endpoints or using OpenAI APIs. • Knowledge of vector databases or semantic search frameworks. • Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks in Azure. • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences.
