QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in English (reading, writing). Read, write, and speak English at Level 4 (fluency).
Knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet, and Customer Service experience
The ability to present information orally and in written format (i.e., marketing, correspondence, minutes, professional emails, etc.)
Effective interaction with various individuals is imperative.

DESCRIPTION
Planning, programming, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide Family Advocacy Program Services.
Administrative actions (material requisitioning, Quality Control, financial control, meetings, and correspondence)
Prepare reports, schedule training, and maintain the database.
