Willingness and ability to assist with other sports classes, most prominently tennis and volleyball

Strong understanding of age-appropriate multi-sport activities and coaching techniques for pre-school-aged children

Strong customer connection skills, with the ability to engage young kids and their families in a way that builds trust and reflects excellent service

Patience, warmth, and comfort managing a classroom of young children with varying attention spans and comfort levels

Willingness to implement, enhance, and maintain the program's core philosophies

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and organization skills
